While your genes play a part, the way you live matters a lot too! Check out the things you can do below to help your brain stay healthy and lower your chances of getting diseases like dementia.​

Taking care of your brain is just as important as caring for your body! Small changes in your daily routine can make a big difference in how you feel and think with aging.
