WIHA . . . from research, to practice, to people

Ask anyone what they know about the Wisconsin Institute for Healthy Aging and you're bound to get a few different answers.  To some, we're known as the disseminators of healthy aging programs throughout the state.  To others, we are a source of training and information for those who coordinate and lead workshops.  To yet others, we are the incubator of research that leads to new healthy aging programs.

So what is WIHA really?

We've created a document that explains the relationship between WIHA's main functions - researching interventions for healthy living, creating scalable programs from successful research outcomes, and bringing those programs to people in Wisconsin.  To learn more about WIHA's mission and the spectrum of services we offer, download WIHA: from research, to practice, to people.
