CEHs

Five CEUs will be issued via email by the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point within 4 weeks following Base Camp.

For Certified Health Educators and Master Certified Health Educators: 
5 CECHs (Category 1) are available for your participation in 2017 Healthy Aging Base Camp.  The evaluation form is available at Base Camp or download this fillable PDF. 
You must complete the evaluation form and return it to us by July 1, 2017.
