StrongWomen Strength Training is a 2 times per week, 12-week long, evidence-based workshop that has been shown to:

 

  • Increase muscle mass and strength
  • Improve bone density and reduce risk for osteoporosis and related fractures
  • Reduce the risk for diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression, and obesity
  • Improve self-confidence, sleep, and vitality
