StrongWomen Healthy Hearts

StrongWomen Healthy Hearts is a 2 times per week, 12-week long, evidence-based program that has been proven to:

  • Increase bone density and reduce the risk for osteoporosis and related fractures
  • Reduce the risk for diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, depression, and obesity
  • Increase self-confidence, sleep, and vitality
