Judy Rank,   Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) Program lead and Coordinator.


Judy retired after 18 ½ years in the aging and disability field, starting with a year and a half as a senior center supervisor.  In 1997 became the director of the Manitowoc County Aging Resource Center.  Trained to be a facilitator of Powerful Tools in the first training session offered in Wisconsin, having co-facilitated 12 classes over several years.  Have also served as a PTC Master Trainer, leading 6 training classes in Wisconsin.  Retired in 2014 as the director of a two county ADRC.  Still actively serve as a facilitator of Stepping On, doing 1 or 2 classes a year.  Also trained as a facilitator of Living Well with a Chronic Condition.
