EnhanceFitness is a low-cost, highly-adaptable exercise program offering levels that are challenging enough for active older adults and that are safe enough for people who are not physically fit or are near-frail. It is offered three times per week and has been shown to:

  • Boost activity levels
  • Elevate mood
