Better Choices, Better Health

Better Choices, Better Health is an online, 6-week long, evidence-based workshop to help participants better manage a chronic health problem.  It teaches behavior modification strategies within a structured curriculum, empowering participants to make lifestyle changes that will improve their overall health and well-being.  The program has been researched and shown to:

  • Decrease health distress, fatigue, pain, and shortness of breath
  • Improve self-efficacy: (increased confidence in coping with caregiving demands)

Adults living or struggling with a chronic condition who wants to manage and improve their condition
