Arthritis Self-Management (Self-Help) Program

Arthritis Self-Management (Self-Help) Program is a 6-week long, 2 hours a week, evidence-based workshop that has been shown to:


  • Improve confidence in ability to manage arthritis
  • Decrease depressed mood, fatigue, anxiety
  • Decrease frustration or worry about health
  • Reduce pain and disability; Improve quality of life
  • Decrease the use of medical services

Who should consider taking Arthritis Self-Management (Self-Help) Program?

Adults with arthritis or related rheumatic diseases or musculoskeletal conditions.
