Active Living Every Day

Active Living Every Day is 12-week, evidence-based workshop that has been shown to:


  • Improve a participant's level of physical activity and cardio respiratory fitness
  • Advance a participant's level of readiness to change
  • Produce positive changes in health and well-being
  • Reduce a participant's risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease

Who should consider taking Active Living Every Day?

All ages of adults who want to become healthier and improve quality of life.
